Prior to working in addictions, I specialized in working with children and families in a school setting providing trauma informed care. I enjoy providing therapeutic support to children and adults alike. I have been a certified yoga teacher since 2012 and I often utilize a mind-body approach to healing. My therapeutic style is eclectic, warm, and attentive. I inherently believe in people’s “humanness”, our imperfection, our fears, our strength, and our heart. I turn towards that humanness when we work together.
