Payment

A deposit of $50 is due at time of registration to hold your place. This deposit will not be returned. Cash, credit cards, HSA cards and/or post-dated checks are all available. Statements that can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of network provider benefits are also available. A 3.5% credit card usage fee will be added to the price.
